Q1. How do I register for a free membership?

Click on 'Sign up' at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Log in by clicking 'Log in' at the top of the page and following the instructions.

 

Q2. Where do you deliver?

Vancouver area: Excludes Granville Island, Downtown, West of Dunbar St. and North of Hastings St.

Burnaby area: Excludes North of Hastings and SFU.

Coquitlam area: South of Guildford Way and Victoria Drive and West of Burns Rd.

Surrey area: North of Hwy 10 and West of 192 St.

Port Moody, Richmond, North Delta.

Q3. Why do you charge 5% cancellation fees?

Our online payment service provider charges transaction fees for every order. When orders are cancelled, these transaction fees unfortunately will not be refunded to us. This is why we charge 5% cancellation fees to cover our loss of transaction fees if the cancellation is initiated by the customer.

 

Q4. When will you be open for retail again?

Due to zoning restrictions in Richmond, we’re unable to sell directly to retail customers at our shop. For retail purchases, please order through our website. If we find a new location to resume retail service, we’ll keep everyone updated. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
